How long does it take to complete the website?
Usually two to four weeks once texts and images are available. We discuss the exact timetable in the initial meeting.
Who supplies the texts and images?
You know your business best and supply the content. I help with the wording and make sure the rights to all images are cleared.
Do I own the website?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name, and once paid in full you may use the website freely. If you cancel the website service, you receive the files.
Can you guarantee more enquiries?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Whether people get in touch also depends on your offer, your prices and your competition. I make sure you get found, come across convincingly and never lose an enquiry. The monthly report shows you how your Google profile is developing.
What is included in the “Stay visible” subscription?
I maintain your Google Business Profile with posts, photos and current opening hours, reply to reviews once you have approved them, make small changes to the website of up to 30 minutes per month and take care of hosting, updates, backups and the chatbot. Once a month you receive a short report. After 3 months the subscription can be cancelled monthly.
Do you also run ads on Google or social media?
No. I deliberately do not offer paid advertising or ongoing social media management. I focus on what helps local businesses most: getting found, convincing and never missing an enquiry.
Do I need the website service?
A website needs hosting and regular updates. With the website service I take care of this. But you can also organise the hosting yourself.
Can the chatbot give wrong answers?
It answers only from your approved content and points out that information is given without guarantee. Errors can never be ruled out completely with AI. That is why I check the answers monthly, and your quotation always remains binding.
What about data protection?
Visitors are informed about the AI assistant, conversation histories are not stored permanently, and your privacy policy is updated. For the processing of data we conclude an agreement under the Swiss Data Protection Act.
