Good to know

How does the price guarantee work?

You pay exactly the price I confirm when you book, with no additional charges and no hidden costs. To mark the launch of my business, new-⁠customer prices also apply to all bookings until 31 December 2026. The booking date is decisive; the appointment itself can take place in the new year. After that, the regular prices shown alongside today apply.

How does the satisfaction guarantee work?

If you are not satisfied after your first appointment, simply tell me. You then pay nothing. I won’t ask for reasons, but I welcome honest feedback.

What if the appointment takes longer?

The packages and fixed prices apply to the scope described. If you would like something extra done afterwards, it costs CHF 25.– per 15 minutes or part thereof. I always ask you first.

Does the support continue automatically after Package L?

No. The three months of a personal contact in Package L end automatically. It only continues if you expressly wish, for example with the annual protection plan.

What are the add-⁠ons?

Small extras for the packages, such as a printed emergency pass or a second device in the household. You choose them directly in the package card or in the request form. The price is always shown.

Can I give a service as a gift?

Yes. There is a voucher for every service and every package. Package M “Fraud Protection Plus” is a popular gift for parents.

How much does travel cost?

Travel is included in the canton of Schwyz. In the cantons of Glarus and Zug I charge a flat fee of CHF 40.–. Online appointments involve no travel.

Are there also online appointments?

Yes. Topic sessions, AI coaching and initial meetings can take place by video call or phone on request, at the same fixed price. Packages that involve setting up devices take place on site.
