Good to know
What do I do if I have already been scammed?
Call your bank immediately and have your cards and access blocked. Then report the case to the police on 117. Afterwards I will gladly help you secure your devices again.
Doesn’t my provider already filter advertising calls?
Yes, and that is good. But the filter mainly stops advertising. Scammers often call from spoofed numbers or write via WhatsApp and text message. That is exactly where I come in.
Will I be completely protected afterwards?
No protection is one hundred per cent. But fraud protection makes things much harder for scammers, and afterwards you recognise scam attempts far more reliably.
Do you store my passwords?
No. I never enter passwords or PIN codes and I do not write them down. They stay with you.
Is ongoing support an emergency service?
No. If a scam is in progress, always call your bank and the police on 117 first. Ongoing support helps you with questions and suspicious cases.
