Services and prices
Digitalpraxis Bärtschi offers personal support in using smartphones, tablets, computers and artificial intelligence, as well as measures to protect against fraud. All prices on this website are fixed prices for the scope described. Travel is included in the canton of Schwyz; a flat fee of CHF 40.– is charged in the cantons of Glarus and Zug. Appointments by video call or phone involve no travel. Additional effort is charged only after prior agreement (CHF 25.– per 15 minutes or part thereof). Payment is by TWINT or invoice.
New-customer prices apply to first bookings up to the date stated on the website. Thereafter, the regular prices shown alongside apply to new clients.
No emergency service, no legal or financial advice
The services significantly improve protection against fraud but cannot guarantee one hundred per cent protection. Digitalpraxis Bärtschi is not an emergency service. If a scam is in progress, contact your bank and the police on 117 immediately.
Digitalpraxis Bärtschi does not provide legal, tax or financial advice. Clients always enter passwords, PIN codes and login details themselves.
