Good to know before we meet
When will you call me back?
Within 24 hours. I make callbacks Monday to Friday from 3 pm and all day at weekends. Simply choose the time that suits you best in the form.
Do you come to my home?
Yes. Travel is included in the canton of Schwyz; in the cantons of Glarus and Zug I charge a flat fee of CHF 40.–.
Can an appointment take place online or by phone?
Yes. Simply choose “Video call” or “Phone” in the form. Online appointments use screen sharing, at the same fixed price and without travel costs.
Can my children or relatives be present?
Absolutely. Relatives can also arrange the appointment for you.
How do I pay?
By TWINT straight after the appointment or by invoice.
What happens to my data?
I do not write down any passwords and store only what I need for the appointment and invoice: name, phone number and address.
What do I do in an emergency?
If a scam is in progress, call your bank and the police on 117 immediately. I am not an emergency service, but I will gladly help you afterwards.
